Todd manages the company's daily financial and accounting operations while also focusing on both short- and long-term strategic planning. In his free time, he enjoys watching and coaching sports, hunting, gardening, and is an author in historical fiction. Todd treasures spending time with his wife, Chancie. Together, they have three children—Amanda, Forrest, and Grey—as well as two beloved Labradors, Millie and Stone.

Butch is responsible for customer relations and sales as well as wearing a broad hat of overseeing daily operations.  He began with the company in 1990 and has been instrumental in it's growth. His interests include following sports, particularly University of Kentucky basketball, boating, hosting friends at his home, and car shows.  He is married to Mary Ann. They enjoy spoiling their Bulldog, Blue.

Chancie specializes in invoicing and collections and is also the founder of Designs by Chance, where she channels her creativity as an interior decorator. In her free time, she loves attending sporting events, traveling, and watching movies. Chancie is happily married to Todd, and together they have three children: Amanda, Forrest, and Grey.

Peyton began with PWI in 2017. His area of responsibilities includes quality control, organizing and overseeing equipment, supplies and vehicle readiness. In his free time, he enjoys working out, cooking, and singing Rocky Top.

David has been with the company since 2004. His area of responsibilities includes clerical organization, equipment, supplies and vehicle readiness. In his spare time, he enjoys classic cars and gaming.

Addison worked with us through college on a part-time basis. He was a two-sport standout in basketball and baseball at Lipscomb Academy in Nashville. Following high school, he attended and played basketball at Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, he joined our staff on a full time basis. Some of Addison's responsibilities include administration and customer relations. His hobbies include watching college football, working out, playing basketball, and spending time with his son, Weston.
